Acceptance & applicability of terms
Accessing the sona 10 platform, creating an account, or using any of our services means you have read these terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sona 10. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
This service is available to adults aged 18 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the service, and any such account will be closed immediately. Users are responsible for confirming their own age, and providing false information may result in legal action.
Sona 10 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage users to review this page regularly to stay informed.

Account creation & security
When creating an account on sona 10, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account — opening multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be suspended and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Never share your password with anyone, and contact our support team immediately if you notice any suspicious activity. We recommend using a strong password and changing it regularly to keep your account secure.
For account verification (KYC), sona 10 may request identity documents, proof of address, or other supporting documents. Withdrawals may be held until this verification process is completed. sona 10 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account, though we will do our best to assist.

User responsibilities & platform usage rules
While using the sona 10 platform, you must comply with all applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations. Attempting to hack any platform feature or system, using bots or automated software, or attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.
All users are required to treat others on the platform with respect. Sending harassing, offensive, or obscene messages, spreading false information, or using the platform to harm others will be treated as punishable offenses. sona 10 reserves the right to remove any content or activity that violates its policies.
Any attempt at fraud, match-fixing, or collusion in gaming or betting activities will result in permanent account closure, and any winnings may be forfeited. Every user must participate independently and in good faith. sona 10 reserves the right to audit any user transaction or activity.
If you discover any technical bug or error on the platform, please notify our support team immediately. Attempting to exploit a bug for unfair advantage will result in the transaction being voided and the account placed under review. We count on everyone's cooperation to ensure responsible use of the platform.
Payment, transactions & bonus policy
All transactions on sona 10 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The payment method used for deposits must belong to you personally — using another person's payment method is strictly prohibited. If there is any suspicion of money laundering or the use of illegal funds, the transaction will be suspended and the relevant authorities will be notified.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts will be communicated on the platform as applicable. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway and are generally completed within 1–5 business days. Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
Sona 10 offers various bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and wagering requirements. It is essential to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the bonus wagering requirements may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
If a transaction gets stuck during a deposit due to a network error or technical issue, please notify our support team immediately and keep proof of the transaction. sona 10 will investigate promptly and work to resolve the issue. sona 10 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
Liability, intellectual property & third parties
All content on the sona 10 platform — including logos, graphics, software, designs, text, and other elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of sona 10 or its licensors. No user may redistribute, reproduce, or use such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. sona 10 reserves the right to take legal action in the event of any intellectual property infringement.
Sona 10's liability is limited for losses arising from technical errors, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any losses resulting from a user's own negligence, password compromise, or inadequate device security are entirely the user's responsibility. That said, sona 10 will always do its best to assist in resolving issues.
Our platform may include links to third-party games and services. sona 10 is not responsible for the content, reliability, or privacy practices of any third-party services. Users are advised to read the relevant terms and conditions before using any third-party service.

Account suspension, closure, changes to terms & governing law
Sona 10 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account at any time and for any reason. This applies particularly in cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or the operation of multiple accounts. Where possible, the user will be notified before account closure; however, in urgent situations action may be taken without prior notice.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure; however, any active bonuses or incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts after a certain period.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts. Both parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through mutual discussion, and mediation may be pursued if necessary.
Sona 10 may update these terms at any time, and any changes will be announced via a notice on the platform.
